Although the building is quite expansive, the host provided a thorough tour, making my transition seamless. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, with everything functioning well and it was spotless throughout my stay.

Our flight arrived around 1:00 pm, and we were planning to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired about the status and received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we requested another update and were told they would keep us posted. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get into the property until around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a significant leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise from them cutting tiles lasted until 9:30 pm. To our dismay, a used toilet, sink, and a plunger were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology from the owner or any attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about compensation for the delayed check-in and the ongoing issues, but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never received any follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to book with this host again.
Fantastic Airbnb experience with a wonderfully spacious flat. While there are a few minor adjustments needed, we were largely pleased with our extended stay. The location is perfect, offering easy parking, a gym, and an enormous swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening.

The host was wonderfully accommodating and extremely friendly. I can't express enough how pleasant it was to interact with them. The accommodation was ideal for our group, featuring two private bedrooms with en suites and a cozy living area. It provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for restful nights.
Our work trip was greatly enhanced by our stay at this property. The number of rooms was ideal, and the beds were both comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided that extra space we needed, along with private bathrooms for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool area; it was surrounded by lovely trees, and while we did have to use the nets to keep it tidy, we loved taking a refreshing swim when the weather permitted. The sound of the waterfall by the pool was wonderfully calming in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, and we even enjoyed a leisurely evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, with an abundance of dining and nightlife options, not to mention the beach. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would certainly consider returning in the future if available.
