This Airbnb was just fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every single second. The location couldn't be better - it's just a short drive from the airport without the hassle of noise. We found ourselves just a two-minute stroll from a variety of shops and dining options, plus the beach is only a ten-minute drive away. Not to mention, a quick 15-minute walk takes you to Clematis, where there are incredible restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. Honestly, you don't even need a car to enjoy everything nearby. Kevin was a wonderful host, making the entire experience so seamless. He was quick to respond when we needed assistance, and he had someone come over right away to solve any issues. The place itself is spacious, cozy, and provided all the amenities we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and we really enjoyed the pool area. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make it all easy for us. With several listings to choose from, he's definitely someone you can trust. We highly recommend this property and any of Kevin’s other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had an incredible time at this property, perfect for bringing everyone together as a family. I highly suggest considering this rental, just be sure to check on the pool's cleanliness before you arrive. We were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy our planned BBQ day because the pool wasn’t looking its best and required some attention. Thankfully, the issue has now been sorted out with the pool service. Kevin was a fantastic host—responsive and attentive to our needs. Truly a great experience!

Kevin was incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our inquiries throughout our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it with ease! His clear communication made our experience much smoother, which is essential for an Airbnb rental. The house matched the description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but Kevin promptly came over to confirm the issue. We only needed the stovetop as we were in town for a wedding and didn't plan on cooking elaborate meals. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the little surprises he provided us. A huge shoutout to Kevin! We will certainly consider booking properties managed by him in the future.
