If I were to judge just the host, they would absolutely deserve a perfect score. However, the unit itself had a few issues that weren't the host's responsibility. There was a malfunctioning faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. One of the tubs could have used a bit more attention during cleaning, and the towels could stand to be upgraded. The owner should consider replacing them to enhance the overall experience.

It's perfect for singles, couples, or friends traveling together, with a bed that can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is wonderfully central, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom remodel is equally impressive, featuring thoughtful additions like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans to complement the efficient air conditioning. The closet offers ample storage with a smart design of racks and bars. Guests have shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which makes things very convenient. The host was responsive and handled a couple of small issues promptly and courteously. All in all, this property met our expectations beautifully, and I would definitely consider booking again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb for three weeks! The location couldn't be better, especially for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some spots were even within walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security, with its proximity to various attractions being a pleasant surprise. This charming property has a rich history, being over a century old, and the pool area along with the cabana were absolutely lovely. The two extra 'casitas' are fantastic for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly quick to respond to our needs and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A couple of things that could be improved are the washer/dryer and the quality of the pillows. Despite that, this is a fantastic option for anyone traveling with a big group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and was fortunate to find this place for a month-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful, reaching out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite big, the host showed me around, which made settling in easy. The condo is roomy and perfect for 1-2 guests, everything was in working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
