We had a fantastic last-minute getaway at this apartment! It was exactly what we needed. The parking was a huge bonus, and our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Everything is within walking distance, including a Starbucks just two minutes away, along with shops and live music venues. While some furniture might show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic time at this rental, perfect for uniting our family. I highly suggest this place, but do check that the pool has been recently maintained before your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some attention and turned a bit murky. The management has since taken care of it. Our host, Kevin, was exceptional and always quick to respond to our inquiries. Truly a wonderful host!

Our work stay at this property was wonderful! The accommodations were spacious and the beds were both comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided an ideal setup, giving everyone their privacy with separate bathrooms. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by trees, so we did have to use the nets provided for cleaning, but we enjoyed relaxing in the water when the sunshine was out. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool at night added a lovely ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe; we enjoyed evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach isn't far off. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly responsive to our needs and questions. We would certainly love to return if it's available again.
