Coziest Midcentury Modern Home in Mills District

The stay was fantastic! The apartment was cozy and ideally situated. The complex featured a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Kevin proved to be an excellent host, always quick to respond to our queries. I would definitely choose this place again. Just a small note, the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it wasn't a big issue at all.

Our family spent three weeks at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be more convenient. It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we needed was just a short 5-minute drive away, and we found many places were within walking distance too. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, plus we were pleasantly surprised by how centrally located we were. This Airbnb is a charming century-old home with an incredible pool and cabana area in the backyard, and the two 'casitas' are fantastic for accommodating larger groups. Kevin was highly responsive and truly committed to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, these were minor setbacks in an otherwise fantastic stay. This is definitely a top choice for groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find Kevin's place. He was incredibly quick to respond and had us booked in under a day. Upon arrival, he greeted us personally, provided a thorough tour of the home, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. His recommendations for local beaches, dining places, and fun activities were invaluable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
