We had an unexpected situation with our previous Airbnb, and Kevin came to our rescue around 10 pm. He made our last-minute check-in so easy and stress-free. The apartment was clean and ready for us, which was such a relief after our earlier experience. Highly recommend!

We experienced a last-minute cancellation with our previous rental, but thankfully, Elias was incredibly quick to assist us. He helped us secure a reservation in under a day and was very accommodating. Upon our arrival, he greeted us at the property, provided a thorough walkthrough, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. He also shared fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and things to do. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The location of this rental is fantastic, truly a highlight of our stay. However, the building shows its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout our visit. The carpets definitely could use a good cleaning, and I noticed some furniture pieces that are starting to show wear and tear, like peeling leather. Despite these issues, we had a comfortable experience and enjoyed our time here. It's a great spot, just needs a few improvements.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool area was lovely, but unfortunately, the heater was out of order, so it was a bit too chilly for a swim. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice touch of privacy if needed. Keep in mind that the property is older, so there are some signs of wear. We faced some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't get cold enough, which caused our ice to melt. The stairs could be tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so I wouldn’t recommend it for those with mobility challenges. Also, there's no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable rate for the area, especially when sharing costs with family.

Kevin truly deserves a five-star rating based on his hospitality alone. He promptly addressed an issue with a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which was impressive. However, the unit did have a few areas that could use some attention. One of the bathtubs wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and the towels were a bit worn out. I recommend the owner consider replacing them for a better experience.

Kevin is an exceptional host who always goes above and beyond to cater to his guests' needs and inquiries. He provided incredible assistance for many of us coming to DWD in securing last-minute accommodations while being flexible to accommodate our specific requirements. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful stay. I loved having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for soothing my legs after long hours on my feet. I can't wait to return!
