The location is ideal—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport without any of the noisy disturbances, a mere two-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which is home to fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. We found that we didn't even need a car to explore the area. The host was exceptional, making our stay incredibly smooth. Any time we had a maintenance issue, they responded promptly and had someone come to fix it right away. The space was cozy, roomy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host was very accommodating, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. With multiple listings, this host is reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and their other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.

The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal, providing everyone with their own privacy and bathroom facilities. We loved the pool area; although it was surrounded by trees and required a bit of maintenance with the provided nets, we certainly enjoyed swimming when the weather was pleasant. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely feature. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure. We took evening strolls to the nearby Publix without any worries. Additionally, the location is perfect, just a stone's throw from Clematis Street and City Place, teeming with great dining and nightlife options, plus the beach isn’t far away. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries, making the stay even more pleasant. We’re definitely looking forward to returning if it's available next time!

The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
