We arrived at the property after landing around 1 PM, hoping to enjoy a lunch before check-in at 4 PM. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4 PM, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working. After waiting, we checked again at 5:49 PM but received no update. At 7:02 PM, we inquired for a status and were told someone would keep us posted. We finally got into the property around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was an issue with a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until nearly 9:30 PM. They left the used toilet and sink, including a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and late check-in, but I was told they would have to contact the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I wouldn't choose this rental again.
