I had an excellent experience at this rental thanks to Kevin. He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to assist everyone looking for last-minute accommodations during DWD. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having access to the swimming pool, which was a wonderful way to relax my legs after long days on my feet. I can't wait to come back!

This place was perfect for our guys' weekend getaway. It had plenty of space for everyone to hang out. There were a few minor problems, such as the hot tub needing some cleaning and some cracks in the main floor that could use a fix, but overall it matched the listing well and we had no significant troubles. I'd definitely consider booking this spot again.

The location was perfect, and we felt very secure in the neighborhood. It was an excellent spot for our family gathering. Although the pool was a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning, we made good use of the hot tub, which was quite enjoyable! The guest studios near the pool offered good privacy, although they are quite compact. Keep in mind that the property shows some signs of age, so it's not pristine. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not operating properly—the freezer was only as cold as the fridge, so we lost some ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom downstairs in the main house, making it challenging for anyone with mobility concerns. There’s also no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a fair price for the area, especially when sharing among several families.
