Comfy Cozy House

Kevin was incredibly accommodating, coming to our rescue around 10 PM after a disappointing experience at another Airbnb where the apartment wasn’t prepared. Thankfully, we found his place and he made our last-minute check-in smooth and hassle-free. Everything was perfect during our stay!

The studio itself was beautifully designed and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for unwinding after long days on my feet. I definitely plan to return in the future!

This Airbnb was simply amazing! We spent an entire month here and cherished every moment. The location couldn't be better - just a short 10-minute drive from the airport with zero noise disruption. There's a huge selection of shops and dining options within a 2-minute stroll, and a beautiful beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We loved being a quick 15-minute walk to Clematis, which offers fantastic restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area and have fun. Kevin was a wonderful host, making everything super simple for us. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, he arranged for someone to come and fix it immediately. The space was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The other residents in the building were friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings, he is a host you can trust completely. We wholeheartedly recommend this place as well as Kevin's other properties!
