The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything! The building itself is a bit dated, but Kevin was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could use a good steam clean, and some furniture showed signs of wear with peeling leather. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; it was a cozy spot in a prime area, though there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.

We arrived around 1:00 PM and planned to explore a bit before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that our unit wasn’t ready yet because the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries, we didn’t get to enter until nearly 7:45 PM! Once inside, we discovered a plumbing issue; there were workers fixing the bathroom tiles until late in the evening, and the sight of a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen was quite off-putting. Unfortunately, there was no attempt from management to apologize or remedy the situation. I requested a partial refund for the inconveniences, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

Kevin was fantastic - incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful he was to collaborate with. The accommodation was very cozy, accommodating multiple guests with its two en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area. It was peaceful and comfortable, making it perfect for a good night's sleep.

The location is fantastic, but the property is a bit dated. Communication with Kevin was top-notch throughout our stay.
