Comfy 3-Story Townhome with Office, Balconies & Easy Living Near Everything

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kevin's incredible responsiveness. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but he communicated with us seamlessly, which made our experience much more enjoyable. The property matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup was with the oven, which unfortunately didn't function, but Kevin promptly came by to confirm this, and the stovetop was available for our light cooking needs since we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful touches he included during our stay. A big shoutout to Kevin for his hospitality! We’ll certainly consider his properties again in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be arranged as either two twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and new countertops and sink. The bathroom also features modern upgrades, including thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch. Nice ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, along with great air conditioning, keep the space comfortable. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage which is a plus. There's shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient, especially since the main house is also available for rental if needed. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns swiftly and positively. Overall, this place met our expectations, and we would happily book with Kevin again.
