The location was fantastic, but the property itself is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a good cleaning and some of the furniture is showing its age, with a few pieces having peeling upholstery. Overall, we were happy with our visit; it was a cozy spot and the location can't be beat, though it's not without its imperfections.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option amidst the high prices of short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can easily be arranged as either twins or a king. The location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and contemporary sink and countertops. The bathroom has also seen some great renovations and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Additionally, both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort, alongside a solid air conditioning system. The closet space is well-designed with plenty of shelving and hanging options for storage. You'll find shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking—both shared with the main house, which is also available for rent if you need extra space. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of minor concerns we had. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely consider renting from this host again.

This was a fantastic Airbnb! The apartment was quite large and comfortable. While there are a few minor enhancements that could be made, we thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. It's perfectly situated with easy access to parking, a well-equipped gym, and a huge swimming pool where we witnessed breathtaking sunsets each evening.
