I would definitely give Kevin five stars just for his excellent hospitality alone. However, there were a few issues with the unit that were beyond his control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for its repair. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a little more cleaning, and the towels could be upgraded as they weren't very nice. The owner should consider replacing them for a better guest experience.

We found ourselves in a tough spot when the Airbnb we booked fell through late in the evening. Thankfully, Kevin stepped in around 10 PM and made the transition to his apartment seamless. Despite the last-minute nature of our stay, everything in his place was perfect and well-prepared for us. Highly recommend!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive. The room itself was small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't working properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 seems quite steep for what was offered. I hope to see more reasonable pricing and improved amenities in the future.
