The studio was very well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable stay. I particularly loved having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for soothing my tired legs after long days on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

Thankfully, the stovetop was in good shape, and since we were mostly there for a wedding, we didn't need to do much cooking. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated the thoughtful touches they provided during our stay. A big thank you for that! I will definitely consider other properties managed by them in the future.
We arrived at the property after a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that there was a delay due to the cleaning staff still being on-site. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we reached out again for information. At 7:02 pm, we were told that they would get back to us, but it wasn't until around 7:45 pm that we could finally access the property. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workmen were still installing tiles until almost 9:30 pm. They even left a toilet, sink, and plunger sitting in the kitchen during our entire stay. We never received an apology for the inconvenience nor any effort to rectify the situation. I requested a refund for the delay and the issues we faced, but was told that the owner would need to be consulted, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the amenities provided, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but for over $300, the value just wasn't there. I hope they can offer a more reasonable rate along with improved facilities in the future.
