We were thrilled to find this gem on such short notice! The accommodation was perfect for a brief getaway, complete with convenient parking and a fantastic host. Everything you might need is just a short stroll away - Starbucks, shopping, and great live music are all within a couple of minutes. While some aspects of the apartment showed signs of wear, like the couch, the stunning views from the window and sliding door made it all worthwhile.

Kevin deserves every bit of the five-star rating for his hospitality and responsiveness. Unfortunately, the unit had a few minor issues that were beyond Kevin's control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin took care of it promptly. Also, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and I would suggest upgrading the towels, as they weren’t up to par. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location was absolutely ideal for our first visit to West Palm Beach. We appreciated how everything we wanted to see and do was merely a short drive away, and there were even some spots we could conveniently walk to. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure—truly a hidden gem close to all the action. This charming 100-year-old house has a fabulous pool and a lovely cabana area in the backyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic perk for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Although the washer/dryer could be updated and the pillows could be more comfortable, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group looking for a prime spot in West Palm.

Kevin was an amazing host, and the apartment was in pristine condition. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and very organized. My mother enjoyed her stay here immensely!
