We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, thinking we’d have time for lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, and our check-in would be delayed. After a couple of hours without any updates, we finally inquired again around 5:49 pm and still received no response. It wasn’t until 7:02 pm that we were told someone would keep us posted. We ultimately managed to get in around 7:45 pm, only to discover there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom and that workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued to cut tile until approximately 9:30 pm, leaving used fixtures like a toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen for our entire stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and the disturbances, I was told they'd need to consult with the owners but never heard back. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t consider renting from this place again.

We had an excellent time at this property, perfect for gathering our family. I highly recommend this place, but do check if the pool has been cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, our planned barbecue day was interrupted because the pool needed some maintenance after turning green. However, the host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and has since taken care of the issue. He was a fantastic host!

I had to make a quick trip to West Palm for work and found this condo to be the perfect spot for my month-long stay. The host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful right from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, Kevin provided a thorough tour that made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, with everything functioning perfectly and maintained in pristine condition.

This rental is simply amazing! We spent a month here and every single moment was enjoyable. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (but you wouldn't know it from the calm surroundings), and only a 2-minute stroll to a plethora of shops and eateries. Plus, the beach is just a 10-minute drive away. It's also a lovely 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. Honestly, you can easily explore the area without needing a car. Kevin is a fantastic host who made everything very straightforward. Whenever we encountered any issues, he responded promptly and had someone over to fix things right away. The apartment is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were lovely, and the pool area served as a wonderful spot to relax. When we accidentally got our checkout dates mixed up, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth. He has several listings, and you can trust him completely. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
