Orlando Florida Bungalow Entire House - Close to two major Orlando Hospitals

The location of the rental was a bit misleading as it was quite far from the convention center, taking more than 30 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute drive. The room itself felt a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Considering the distance and the lack of facilities, I found the price to be quite unreasonable. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space seemed excessive given what was offered. I hope future guests will see a more reasonable pricing and improvements in the amenities available.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely guesthouse in West Palm Beach. It’s a fantastic option considering the high prices of other rentals in the area. The space is perfect for solo travelers or couples, as the bed can be configured as two singles or a king. Its location is ideal for exploring local attractions. The upgraded kitchen features a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops, making cooking easy. The bathroom has also been tastefully updated, complete with nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans to supplement the great air conditioning. We appreciated the well-organized closet with plenty of storage. Plus, the shared washer and dryer were a bonus, alongside off-street parking which was convenient. Kevin, the host, was very attentive, quick to respond, and handled a couple of small issues graciously. Overall, the guesthouse suited our needs perfectly, and we would not hesitate to book with Kevin again.

He welcomed us in person, showed us around the house, and encouraged us to contact him if we needed assistance. His recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and things to do were spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Our work trip at this place was fantastic! The size of the rooms exceeded our expectations, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back offered great extra space, allowing everyone to enjoy their own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by lush trees; we appreciated the nets provided to keep it tidy, and we still managed to enjoy swimming when the weather cooperated. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, making our evening walks to the nearby Publix enjoyable. Plus, being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place meant easy access to great bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host Kevin was always quick to respond to our needs and questions. This is definitely a place we would love to return to in the future.
