We loved the location and found the neighborhood to be quite safe. It was perfect for our family vacation with multiple families sharing the space. The pool was a nice feature, though the heater wasn't working, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead which was quite relaxing! The guest studios by the pool offered a good level of privacy, albeit they were a bit smaller. Being an older property, it does have some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly; the freezer was only as cold as a refrigerator, which left us without ice since our ice bags had all melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main level, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility difficulties. Keep in mind there is no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, considering the price for the area, it was a decent choice, especially when costs are shared among families.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was the perfect gathering place for our family, allowing us all to enjoy quality time together. I would suggest checking on the pool's condition before you arrive, as we noticed it wasn’t quite up to par at first and needed some attention. Thankfully, the hosts took care of it promptly. Kevin was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but Kevin was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I truly appreciate his kindness during a stressful time.

We had a wonderful experience at Kevin's place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless, making for a very pleasant stay. My mother found it to be perfect and enjoyed her time immensely.
