The location of this rental is fantastic, really close to all the attractions. However, the building is showing its age. Communication with Alex was top-notch, he was very responsive. The carpets could definitely use some deep cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture, like the sofa, are in need of repair due to worn leather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a cozy spot in a great area, though it has its share of imperfections.

The entire experience was seamless thanks to Kevin. Even with our flight being delayed, he went out of his way to be at the property when we arrived, giving us a thorough tour. We truly appreciated his efforts and hospitality!

This Airbnb has a fantastic location and provides a lot of space. While there are a few minor tweaks needed, we were overall pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of having a good parking option, a gym, and a large swimming pool, which offered stunning sunsets each evening, made our experience even better.

I had an excellent stay! Robert was an amazing host, always quick to respond and very attentive to my inquiries. He went above and beyond to assist guests, especially those looking for last-minute rooms during the busy event. The studio was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, helping me unwind after long days of standing. I would definitely love to return!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the usually pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfectly cozy for singles, couples, or a pair of friends since the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king. Its location is ideal for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern counter and sink. The bathroom has been beautifully revamped with nice details like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, alongside great air conditioning, the comfort level is high. The closet is impressively organized, maximizing storage space. You also have access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is convenient, especially if you're traveling with a larger group. Kevin, the host, was attentive and addressed a couple of small concerns promptly and positively. Overall, the property met all our requirements, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.
