We had an unexpected situation late at night when our previous Airbnb was not ready for us. Thankfully, Kevin came to our rescue around 10 PM and made our last-minute check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was clean and well-prepared, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I found the location of the property to be quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes by foot and just 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt a bit cramped with only a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities. Given the amenities and location, I believe the price is quite steep. I was relieved that the Airbnb policy allowed for a full refund, but the cost of over $300 seems excessive for what was provided. I hope to see more reasonable pricing and additional facilities in the future.
