We had an amazing stay here for our work trip! The house had an abundance of space and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back were fantastic for extra privacy and having our own bathrooms. The pool area was delightful, nestled among the trees, though we did need to use the provided nets to keep it clean. Nonetheless, we enjoyed a refreshing swim when the weather was nice. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool was a lovely touch at night. The neighborhood felt secure and was wonderfully quiet. We even strolled to the local Publix in the evenings. It’s conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, with lots of great bars, restaurants, and the beach nearby. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to return here in the future if it's available!

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, yet surprisingly quiet. We were only a short stroll away from a variety of shops and restaurants, and the beach was just a 10-minute drive too. A lovely 15-minute walk took us to Clematis, where we found fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car at all to enjoy the area! Kevin was a fantastic host, making everything so smooth and seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he promptly arranged for someone to assist us without delay. The space itself was cozy, roomy, and contained all the amenities we could ask for. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure a stress-free experience. With several listings under his belt, he is someone you can definitely trust. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
