Communication was a breeze, and the host was fantastic.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made our stay enjoyable.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was perfect for our group. While the pool was inviting, the heater seemed to be out, so it was a bit chilly for swimming. We loved the hot tub, though, which was a nice alternative! The guest studios by the pool provide privacy, but they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house shows its age, so don’t be surprised by some wear and tear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn’t very cold, causing our ice to melt. The stairs were a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom located on the main floor, so it might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, especially since there are no bathing facilities downstairs. However, it's a great value for the area if you're sharing costs among families.

We had a fantastic family reunion at this property. It served as the perfect venue for all of us to gather and create lasting memories. Just a heads-up to future guests: be sure to check on the pool’s condition prior to your stay, as it had some issues before we arrived and needed a good cleaning. However, the host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and addressed our concerns promptly. Overall, a wonderful host and a lovely home! Highly recommended!
