This guesthouse is a fantastic choice amidst the often pricey options in West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a pair of friends, as the bed can easily be arranged as two twins or a king. The location is really convenient, with plenty of attractions just a short distance away. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and includes a stove, fridge, and sleek countertop which made cooking a pleasure. The bathroom is also newly renovated and has nice features like a dimmable light for ambiance. I loved the ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom that complemented the great air conditioning. The closet is well-organized, providing ample space for our belongings. We had shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking, both of which were convenient. Kevin, the host, was responsive and dealt promptly with any minor concerns we had. Overall, this property met all our expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again from Kevin.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! The space was spacious and fit all of us comfortably. There were a few minor things that needed attention, like the hot tub could use a good cleaning and some of the flooring on the main level was cracked and could use an update. However, it matched the description well and didn’t detract from our overall experience. I would definitely consider booking this again.

The communication was seamless and the host was fantastic.
