Our stay here for my sister’s bachelorette celebration was truly unforgettable! The property was spacious enough for our group of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone’s comfort. The two guest houses provided a nice balance of togetherness and privacy. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful, perfect for capturing memorable photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was exceptionally attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It offered plenty of space for our group of friends. While we did notice a few minor concerns like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the flooring, overall it met our expectations and had no significant problems. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I had an excellent time at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large group, centrally located, and offered ample room for everyone.

Our work trip brought us to this lovely rental, and we were thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout and the comfort of the beds made our stay enjoyable, plus having two additional cottage rooms in the back allowed everyone their own bathroom. The pool area was a fantastic bonus, set amidst lush greenery, although we did need to use the provided nets to keep it clean. We made sure to take a refreshing swim whenever the sun was out! The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall at night was simply delightful. The location was wonderfully serene, and we felt completely at ease walking to Publix in the evenings. Being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there’s an array of bars and restaurants, as well as the beach, was a huge plus. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return and stay here again in the future!

Our stay here was fantastic! The accommodation suited our work needs perfectly with ample space and comfortable, spotless beds. The two cottage rooms at the back were ideal for ensuring everyone had their own privacy and bathrooms. We adored the pool area, even though we had to use the nets to clear some leaves since it's surrounded by beautiful trees. We enjoyed swimming on sunny days, and the sound of the waterfall at night created a calming atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very secure, plus we took some lovely evening strolls to Publix. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where we found lots of great dining and entertainment options, as well as the beach. Kevin, the host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. We're definitely considering a return visit in the future!
