Our stay here for business was fantastic! The property offers ample space, and the beds were both comfortable and pristine. The two cottage rooms in the backyard provided an ideal solution for extra privacy with the convenience of individual bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by lush trees; although we had to use the supplied nets to keep it tidy, we still made the most of it by taking refreshing dips when the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a delightful bonus. The neighborhood was serene and felt secure, which encouraged us to stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Its location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would absolutely love to return here in the future if it's available.

We had an unforgettable experience at this property during my sister's bachelorette celebration! With ample bedrooms and bathrooms, it easily accommodated our group of 13 without feeling cramped. The two guest houses provided the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous, creating plenty of opportunities for memorable photos. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this property! The location couldn't have been better, just a short stroll to all the local hot spots including a Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. The parking was a huge plus as well. While the couch showed some signs of wear, the fantastic view from the window completely made us forget about any minor imperfections. Highly recommend for a quick stay!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's a cozy spot suitable for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with the option to arrange the bed as twins or a king. Its location is perfect, close to everything WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom has also seen renovations and features nice details like a dimmer switch. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room are a great touch, in addition to the efficient air conditioning. The closet is designed for ample storage with a good setup of racks and bars. There’s shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is also shared with the main house that is available for rent if you need more space. The owner was responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns promptly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we'd happily stay here again.

This was a great spacious place for our weekend getaway with friends. While we found a few minor problems, such as the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring on the main level showing wear, everything else met our expectations perfectly. I would definitely consider staying here again.
