He met us at the property, provided a thorough walkthrough, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. We had an amazing time celebrating a Bachelorette weekend with a group of 11! The house was just what we needed—spotless and exactly like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to assist us! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Our stay at this property was perfect for our family gathering, allowing us to enjoy quality time together in a spacious environment. I highly recommend this location, but do confirm that the pool is clean prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day since the pool had some issues that needed addressing, but the management has since taken care of it. The host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to our questions. Truly a fantastic host!

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! Michael was incredibly quick to respond to all our queries, which made coordinating our group of 16 a lot smoother. His communication skills are top-notch, something I highly value when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the listing perfectly, giving us exactly what we expected. The only hiccup was the oven not functioning; however, Michael was prompt in checking it out and confirmed it was out of order, while the stovetop worked just fine. Since we were mainly there for a wedding, we didn't require extensive cooking. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches Michael provided and his willingness to help. A big thank you to him! I would definitely consider booking again through him in the future.

I would give Kevin a solid five stars on his hospitality alone, but there were a few issues with the rental that need addressing. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but Kevin promptly took care of it. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a better cleaning, and the quality of the towels could be improved. I recommend the owner consider replacing them for future guests.
