We had an unforgettable family reunion at this wonderful property. It provided the perfect space for everyone to connect and enjoy each other's company. I highly suggest booking this place, but do check in about the pool's cleanliness before you arrive. We had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some maintenance to clear up. Fortunately, the owner took swift action to address the issue with the pool service. The property manager was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly a fantastic host!
The property is quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room is on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the amenities available, I found the pricing to be unreasonable. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but the rate of over $300 seems excessively high for what is offered. I hope the owner considers providing a more reasonable price and improving the facilities in the future.

I would give the host a definite five stars based on their attentive service alone. However, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond the host's control. There was a faucet malfunction in one bathroom, which the host promptly arranged to fix. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more thorough cleaning. The towels provided could also use an upgrade as they weren’t the best quality. A replacement would definitely enhance the experience.
