Little Oasis on Lake Fairview in College Park

This place was perfect for our group's weekend getaway. The space was spacious and fit us all comfortably. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the flooring on the main level. Overall, it met our expectations and we had no significant problems. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be configured as twin beds or a king. Its central location makes exploring WPB easy. The kitchen boasts modern appliances including a stove, fridge, and new countertop, perfect for preparing meals. The bathroom has been beautifully updated with some nice features like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans in addition to a superb air conditioning system to keep you comfortable. The closet space is well-organized with plenty of racks for storage. Plus, there’s a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking available. Kevin, the host, was responsive and addressed a couple of small issues promptly. Overall, this place met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.
