The property is located in a lovely area that feels safe and welcoming, making it perfect for a family getaway. While the pool was a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool offer a nice touch of privacy, even though they are quite compact. Being an older house, there are a few signs of wear, but that didn't detract from our stay. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer not cooling properly, which was inconvenient for storing food and ice. Additionally, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom situated on the ground floor of the main house, so I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility concerns. There also isn't a bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for the price, especially if you’re able to share costs with multiple families.

Our experience at this property for my sister’s bachelorette celebration was fantastic! It easily fit our party of 13, with an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space. The two guest houses provided a nice balance of togetherness and privacy. The outdoor space was beautiful, making it ideal for memorable photos. Plus, being so near downtown West Palm Beach made our outings super convenient! The owner was very attentive and supportive during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large group!
