Entire rental unit. Discover Your Perfect Orlando Getaway

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to grab a quick bite before our check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived, we were informed that it would take longer as the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries, we finally got access at around 7:45 pm, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and the maintenance crew was busy tiling the floor until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen area during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or apology from the host regarding these issues. I even inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and the inconvenience but was told they would need to consult with the property owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this rental.

After having our original reservation cancelled unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this property. The host was incredibly prompt in responding and managed to arrange our stay in under a day. Upon our arrival, they warmly welcomed us, showed us around, and informed us that we could reach out for any assistance. They also provided us with fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
