We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, expecting to enjoy some lunch before our 4 PM check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4, we were informed that our accommodation wouldn't be ready yet because the cleaning staff was still working. After repeatedly asking for updates, we finally got access around 7:45 PM, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until nearly 9:30 PM. They even left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay, which felt quite unprofessional. I reached out about a potential refund due to the delays and issues we faced but never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I cannot see myself booking with them again.
