This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It was spacious enough for all of us, making it a great choice for a group. There were a few minor problems, like the hot tub could have used a good cleaning and some of the flooring on the main level was a bit worn. However, it matched the description provided and we didn't encounter any significant issues. I'd definitely consider booking here again.
The location of this property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and just 5 minutes by car. The room itself was rather small, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning during my stay, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price point, it felt quite unreasonable for what was offered. I was relieved to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but paying more than $300 seemed excessive for the space and amenities available. I hope the pricing is adjusted to reflect the property’s offerings, alongside improvements to the facilities.
What a FANTASTIC last-minute getaway we had! This apartment is a gem with convenient parking and a wonderful host. It’s within a short stroll to all the essentials - just a couple of minutes to get to Starbucks, shops, live music, and more. While some items, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door truly make you forget any minor imperfections.
The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no easy task, but they handled it flawlessly. Communication was top-notch, which is essential for a good Airbnb experience. The property description was spot on. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host checked on it right away and confirmed it was unusable. Luckily, the stovetop was functional, and we weren't preparing large meals since we were in town for a wedding. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches the host included, and we're grateful for their assistance. A big thank you to the host! We will certainly look for properties they manage in the future.
