Entire rental unit. Charming Three-Bedroom Retreat

We arrived at noon, expecting to have lunch and check in at 4 PM as scheduled. However, we were informed at that time that the cleaners were still working and that our check-in would be delayed. After checking in again at 5:45 PM with no updates, we were left waiting until nearly 7:45 PM to finally access our rental. When we entered, we discovered construction work was being done due to a plumbing issue downstairs. The workers were cutting tiles, which created a lot of noise until after 9 PM, and they left behind a toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no communication or apology from the host about these inconveniences. I mentioned the possibility of a partial refund for the hassle, but I was told they would need to consult the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I would hesitate to book with them again.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and truly had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better; it was our first visit to West Palm, and we were thrilled with our choice. Almost everything we wanted to see was within a five-minute drive, and many spots were easily reachable on foot. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, which added to our overall enjoyment. This charming property is over 100 years old, and the pool and cabana area were highlights of our trip. The two additional casitas provided us with ample space for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The only minor drawbacks were that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren’t the best, but these are small issues in an otherwise excellent rental. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a larger group looking for a prime location in West Palm.

Our stay was fantastic, perfect for our work trip! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms offered us great additional privacy with their own bathrooms, which was a real bonus. We enjoyed the pool area too; surrounded by lush trees, it needed the nets provided to keep it clean, but it was worth it for a refreshing swim on a nice day. The soothing sound of the waterfall added a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood is wonderfully peaceful, and we felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, we had easy access to many bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to return here if it’s available next time!

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to my reservation due to a sudden emergency evacuation, but the owner was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I truly appreciate their quick response and empathy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was lovely and the host was very responsive and helpful.
