The owner was wonderful and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother stayed here and she had a wonderful time.

This guesthouse is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting West Palm Beach, especially given the high prices of other rentals in the area. It’s cozy and perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king size. The location is ideal, putting you close to all the attractions WPB has to offer. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances like a stove, fridge, and lovely countertops, making meal prep easy. The bathroom has been tastefully updated too, featuring some nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lights. There are ceiling fans to keep everything breezy alongside the efficient air conditioning. A well-designed closet offers ample storage space, which is a plus. Access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, made our stay even more convenient. The owner was very responsive and took care of a couple of small issues promptly and professionally. Overall, this property met all our expectations and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

This is a lovely spot to spend your vacation. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process a breeze.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, and expected to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we reached out for a status check. It wasn't until 7:02 PM that we were informed they would update us soon. We finally gained access around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, using loud tools until almost 9:30 PM. To add to our dissatisfaction, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, out in the kitchen for the entire duration of our stay. There was no apology or effort made to address the inconvenience. I inquired about a partial refund due to the delayed check-in and other issues, but was told the owner needed to be consulted, and unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I would hesitate to rent from them again.
