The building is quite large, but he kindly showed me around, making it easy to settle in. The condo was perfect for one or two people, everything functioned well, and it was spotlessly clean.

The apartment was fantastic! It was very cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. The amenities like the pool and gym were a nice bonus. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would absolutely choose this place again for my next trip. Just a small note, the apartment looked slightly different from the photos, but it wasn't a big issue.

I can't say enough good things about our stay! Mark was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made organizing for our group of 16 much easier. Clear communication is so vital when booking an Airbnb, and Mark excelled at it. The property matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven not functioning, but Mark was on-site swiftly and confirmed the issue. Thankfully, the stovetop was working just fine, and we had other plans for meals since we were attending a wedding. We were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful touches that Mark provided during our stay. A massive thank you to him for being such a gracious host! I would definitely consider renting from him again in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often costly West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be configured as twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and modern countertop. The bathroom renovations are impressive too, featuring nice touches like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans, in addition to great air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options. Plus, there's access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a bonus. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and took care of a couple of small issues promptly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

I would give Kevin a full five-star rating based solely on his outstanding service, but there were a few issues with the unit itself. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which Kevin promptly had repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels provided weren’t up to par. The owner should consider replacing them for a better experience.
