We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It comfortably housed our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The two guest houses were ideal for giving us some privacy while still staying close together. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect for capturing memorable photos. The location was unbeatable - just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was extremely attentive and supportive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

This guesthouse is an excellent choice in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, couple, or even two friends thanks to the flexible bed setup. The location is fantastic, close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom renovations include nice details like a dimmer switch to set the mood. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, alongside the effective air conditioning, ensure a comfortable stay. I appreciated the well-organized closet space, which offered great storage options. There’s also the convenience of shared access to a washer and dryer, and off-street parking is available, which is nice. Kevin, the host, was prompt and helpful in addressing a couple of small concerns we had. Overall, this property met our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

Our stay here for business was fantastic! The accommodations were spacious, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided ample space and the convenience of private bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was a delightful surprise, surrounded by lush trees; we did have to use the nets to keep it clean, but we enjoyed a refreshing swim when the sun was out. The gentle sounds from the waterfall by the pool were a lovely evening backdrop. The area was quiet and felt secure; we even strolled to Publix in the evenings. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, packed with dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is close by. Our host Kevin was incredibly attentive and quick to assist with any needs or questions. We would absolutely consider returning in the future if the place is available.

This Airbnb truly exceeded our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (and no airplane noise), a mere 2-minute stroll to various shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it’s a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found amazing restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don't need a vehicle to explore the area. Kevin is a fantastic host who made our stay incredibly smooth. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for someone to assist us right away, resolving it quickly. The Airbnb is spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we required. The fellow residents in the building were friendly, and the pool provided a wonderful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure a hassle-free experience. He has numerous listings and is incredibly reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and all of Kevin's listings to anyone looking to stay here.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived, we learned that the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm, we reached out for an update but received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we inquired again, only to be told they would provide an update soon. Eventually, we were allowed to check in around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise of tile cutting continued until nearly 9:30 pm. Additionally, they left used plumbing fixtures in the kitchen during our entire stay, which was quite unpleasant. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I even inquired about a partial refund due to the delayed check-in and disruptions, but I never received a response after they said they'd consult the owners. This experience was quite disappointing, and I would not consider renting from them again.
