From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Even with our flight being delayed, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and was there waiting for us when we finally made it to the house. He took the time to give us a thorough tour. We truly appreciate all your help!

I cannot emphasize enough how attentive Kevin was throughout our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, yet he handled everything with ease. His communication was top-notch, which is essential when booking an Airbnb. The house's description was spot-on. The only downside was that the oven wasn't functioning; however, Kevin quickly assessed the situation when he came by. Thankfully, we had the stovetop available and since our trip was primarily for a wedding, we didn't require heavy cooking. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin, and we were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras he provided. A big shout-out to Kevin! I will surely consider properties he manages for future visits.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can be set up as either twins or a king. The location allows easy access to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a range and refrigerator, along with a stylish sink and countertop. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated, with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans, in addition to a robust air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable stay. The closet offers plenty of storage thanks to a smart organization system. Plus, there's a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a bonus (the main house is also available for larger groups). Kevin, the host, was prompt in his responses and handled any minor issues we encountered with a positive attitude. All in all, this property met our requirements perfectly, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.
