We had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool was not in the best shape and needed some treatment. However, the host was quick to address the issue with the pool service. The owner was very attentive and responded to all our queries promptly. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This apartment was a fantastic last-minute find. It offers convenient parking, a fantastic host, and is just a short stroll away from everything you could want. You're only a couple of minutes on foot from a Starbucks, shopping areas, and great live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the windows more than make up for it.
The location couldn't be better, but the property itself is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I noticed the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture was showing signs of wear, like peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot with a fantastic location, though it did have its imperfections.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect and we felt very secure in the neighborhood. It offered ample space for our family gathering. Though the pool was a bit chilly due to a non-functioning heater, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub instead. The guest studios by the pool provided nice privacy, even if they were on the smaller side. Keep in mind, this is an older house, so there are signs of wear and tear. We did encounter some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer functioned like a standard fridge, which meant we ended up with a lot of melted ice. The stairs were a bit tricky, and since there is only one bedroom on the ground floor, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Additionally, the main house lacks a bath or shower downstairs. Overall, it was a fair price for the area, especially when shared among several families.

Almost everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute drive away, and many attractions were within walking distance. The area itself felt peaceful and secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This charming property is a century-old house, and we loved the amazing pool and cabana in the backyard. The additional 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our large group. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The only minor issues were that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. Despite that, I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
