Prime Orlando Living Minutes from the Airport, Downtown, & Everything You Need

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. However, the building is showing its age. Communication with Kevin was top-notch and very helpful. The carpets could use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some leather peeling. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy space with a fantastic location. Just a few improvements needed to make it perfect.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to have lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. To our disappointment, we were informed at 4:00 that our check-in would be delayed as the cleaning team was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we inquired again but received no response. It wasn’t until 7:02 pm that we asked for a status, only to be told they would get back to us. Ultimately, we couldn’t access the property until roughly 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still in the middle of tiling the floor, loudly cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I asked about a partial refund due to the late check-in and issues we faced but was told that someone would need to consult the owners, and I never received any follow-up. It was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.

I had a wonderful experience at this rental. Mark is an incredible host, always quick to respond and ready to assist with any inquiries. He went above and beyond in helping guests find last-minute accommodations for DWD, catering to various requests. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long days of standing. I look forward to returning in the future!
