The accommodation was much farther from the convention center than I anticipated, taking over 30 minutes on foot and just 5 minutes by car. The room was quite small, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen facilities were lacking. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I was able to get a full refund, but spending over $300 for this space and its features seemed unreasonable. I hope that the pricing becomes more reasonable and the amenities are improved in the future.
This property was fantastic! The location was ideal and the apartment itself was very cozy. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were a nice bonus. The host was exceptional, always quick to reply to any questions. I would definitely consider staying here again. Just a small note, the decor was slightly different from what I expected based on the photos, but it didn't affect my experience at all.
We enjoyed a fantastic three-week stay at this Airbnb and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely ideal for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Almost everything we wanted to see was within a quick five-minute drive, and we found it easy to walk to several local spots as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This charming property is over a century old, and we loved the amazing pool and cabana area in the backyard. The additional 'casitas' were perfect for accommodating our larger group. The owner was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The only minor suggestions I would have are to update the washer/dryer and perhaps invest in some nicer pillows, but overall, this place is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
The location is fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for a family getaway. We really enjoyed the pool, although the heater wasn't functioning, which made it chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool are compact but provide privacy, which is a nice touch. Keep in mind that the property has some wear typical of older homes. We encountered an issue with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer stayed at fridge temperature, resulting in waterlogged ice bags. Additionally, the stairs were a bit tricky to navigate, and with only one bedroom on the ground level, it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. I also noted that there's no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. However, considering the price for the area and splitting costs with other families, it was fairly reasonable.
The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Managing the preferences of 16 guests isn't an easy task, but the communication was excellent and so crucial for a successful Airbnb experience. The property matched the description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host promptly checked on it and confirmed the issue. We mostly used the stovetop as we were in town for a wedding and didn't require much cooking. We truly appreciated the extra touches from the host that were a delightful surprise. A big thanks to the host for making our stay enjoyable! We'll definitely look for properties managed by them in the future.

I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in easy. The condo offers plenty of space for one or two guests, and everything was in excellent working condition and spotless.

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 PM, planning to grab lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without an update, we inquired about the situation. At 7:02 PM, we asked again for a status report and were told we would be notified shortly. We finally got access around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which was being tiled as we arrived. The workers were still there, cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM, and left a toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen during our stay. We received no apologies for the inconvenience and when I requested some form of compensation for the delay and issues, I was told they would need to check with the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from this host again.
