This was a lovely spot for our getaway, and the host, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

I can't express how responsive Liam was throughout our stay! Managing the needs of 16 people is no small feat, yet he handled it with such ease. His communication skills are top-notch, which is crucial when renting a place like this. The property matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was with the oven, but Liam promptly came by and confirmed it was out of order. Fortunately, the stovetop was fully functional, and since we were mostly out for a wedding celebration, it wasn't a major issue for us. We truly valued our interactions with Liam, and he surprised us with a few thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. Big thanks to Liam! We’ll definitely consider booking other properties he oversees in the future.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It had ample space which made it great for our group. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like the hot tub needed some cleaning and a few cracks on the main floor that should be addressed. However, overall it matched the description and we didn't encounter any major problems. We'd definitely consider booking again in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option amidst the high prices in West Palm Beach's short-term rental scene. It's quite cozy and perfect for a single traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king. The location is great, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen includes a range, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. The bathroom is also newly renovated, featuring nice little details like a dimmer switch. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom to keep the air flowing, along with the air conditioning. The closet space is well-designed with plenty of shelves and hanging options for storage. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer is a bonus, though you'll be sharing it with the main house (which is also available for rent if you need extra space). Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a couple of small issues we encountered with ease. Overall, it was a solid stay that met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.
