The accommodation was quite a bit further from the convention center than I expected (over a 30-minute walk, or a quick 5-minute drive). The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower facilities were inoperative, and there was no kitchen setup available. Considering the location and amenities, the pricing seemed excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund in line with Airbnb's policy, but the $300-plus rate felt unjustified for what was offered. I hope the price becomes more reasonable and that more amenities are added for future guests.
This guesthouse is a fantastic option amidst the pricey rental scene in West Palm Beach. It's cozy and well-suited for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can either be set up as twins or configured as a king. The location is perfect for exploring all that WPB has to offer. I appreciated the modern kitchen, featuring a stove, fridge, and updated sink and countertops. The bathroom upgrades were also impressive, with thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with superb air conditioning, kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The closet has a well-organized system that maximizes storage space. Additionally, there’s access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which was convenient. The property manager was responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns promptly and positively. Overall, this place met our expectations, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

They provided excellent support for those of us attending DWD who needed last-minute accommodations, really taking the time to cater to our individual requirements. The studio itself was beautifully designed and had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. Plus, having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax and soothe my legs after long hours on my feet. I’m definitely planning to return!
The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. However, the building shows its age. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could certainly use a deep clean, and some furniture pieces were showing signs of wear, with a bit of peeling leather. Overall, we enjoyed our time here—it's a cozy spot in a fantastic area, just with a few things that could be improved.
