This property is situated in a fantastic area, making it feel very secure for families. We had a wonderful time on our multi-family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater wasn't functional, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was excellent! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide privacy when needed. Being an older home, there are some signs of aging, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were malfunctioning; the freezer didn’t get cold enough for ice, and our bags of ice ended up melting. The stairs can be tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor, which could be an issue for guests with limited mobility, especially since there's no bath or shower available in the main living area. Overall, the pricing was reasonable for the location, especially when shared among several families.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to see was just a quick drive away, and many spots were within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which added to our comfort. This charming house is over a century old, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana area in the back. The two 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The only suggestions I have would be to update the washer/dryer and provide some new pillows, but overall, this is an excellent choice for large groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.

This Airbnb is truly amazing! We spent a month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, quiet 10-minute drive from the airport, and a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries. Plus, the beach is only a 10-minute drive away! We also enjoyed a lovely 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which offers fantastic dining options and a fabulous farmers market every Saturday. We didn’t need a car at all to explore the area. Kevin was a fantastic host, making everything seamless and stress-free. Whenever we had a maintenance request, he arranged for someone to come and fix it right away. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and perfectly equipped for our needs. The neighbors were friendly, and we had a great time lounging by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us. With multiple listings under his care, he proves to be an incredibly reliable and accountable host. We wholeheartedly recommend this place as well as Kevin's other properties!
