This place was perfect for our guys' weekend getaway. It offered plenty of space for all of us to hang out. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring damage on the main level, but overall it matched the listing well and we had no significant problems. I would definitely consider booking it again.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. He went above and beyond to accommodate guests looking for a last-minute stay during DWD, really tailoring his support to individual needs. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit. Being able to use the swimming pool after long hours on my feet was a fantastic bonus. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center as per the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive), and the room itself was rather small (just a double bed, a sofa, and a miniature table). Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning properly and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the provided facilities, the price seemed unreasonable. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but the cost of over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope they consider adjusting the pricing and including more amenities in the future.
