Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries, which was immensely helpful given we had 16 people to accommodate! His communication skills made the whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. The property matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which wasn't functioning, but Kevin promptly came over to check it out. Luckily, the stovetop was operational, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't needing to cook elaborate meals anyway. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful little surprises he provided. A massive THANK YOU to Kevin! We had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better; it's just a short drive from the airport without any of the usual noise. Within walking distance, you'll find an array of shops and delicious restaurants, and the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive away. We loved being a 15-minute stroll from Clematis, which boasts fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You truly don't need a car to enjoy the area. Kevin was a superb host, making sure our stay was hassle-free. Whenever we had a small issue, he arranged for maintenance to come over right away and fix it. The space itself was cozy, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and helped us sort it out smoothly. With several listings under his belt, Kevin has proven to be very dependable and trustworthy. We highly recommend this place and all of his other properties!
