This place was perfect for our group's weekend getaway. It offered plenty of space and the layout was really convenient. We did notice a few minor problems, such as the hot tub needing some cleaning and a couple of cracks in the flooring on the main level. Overall, it matched the description well and didn't have any major setbacks. I would definitely consider rebooking for future trips.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, expecting to have lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. Instead, we were informed at check-in time that the maids were still cleaning and it would take a little longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired again and received no response. At 7:02 pm, we asked once more and were told that someone would get back to us. Unfortunately, we couldn't access the property until about 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until around 9:30 pm. To our surprise, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our entire stay. We didn't receive any apologies nor any effort to rectify the situation. When I asked about possibly receiving a partial refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told the host would need to consult with the owners, but I never heard anything back. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

It’s also only 15 minutes on foot to Clematis, which boasts a variety of wonderful dining options and an incredible farmers market each Saturday. You can easily explore the area without the need for a car. The host was fantastic, ensuring a smooth experience from the start. Whenever we encountered a minor issue, they promptly arranged for someone to assist us, and everything was handled right away. The Airbnb was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area provided a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted out efficiently. With several other listings available, I can confidently say they are reliable and committed to guest satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
