Kevin is an amazing host! He was very attentive and caring throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at his home. I would definitely recommend it to others!

We arrived after a long flight, landing around 1:00 PM, and were looking forward to settling in and grabbing some lunch. However, check-in was set for 4:00 PM and when we arrived, the staff informed us that our room was still not ready due to cleaning delays. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any word, we inquired again and still received no updates. It wasn't until around 7:02 PM that we finally got an assurance they would check on it. Unfortunately, we were only able to access the property at approximately 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we noticed a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers present who were tiling the floor, making for a noisy and disruptive environment until nearly 9:30 PM. To add to our disappointment, a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen during our entire stay. We reached out about receiving a partial refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but were told they would need to consult the owners and, regrettably, we never got a follow-up. Overall, this experience was very discouraging, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

Mark is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. He was incredibly responsive to all my inquiries and made the process of securing last-minute accommodation seamless for many guests at DWD. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a delightful experience. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax my legs after long hours. I can't wait to visit again!

However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that our room wouldn't be ready just yet as the cleaning crew was still working. We waited until 5:49 PM to inquire about our room, but there was no update available. At 7:02 PM, we checked in again and were told we'd be informed soon. Finally, at around 7:45 PM, we were able to enter. Unfortunately, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. They also left a used toilet and sink with a plunger sitting in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. We never received an apology or any offer to rectify the situation. When I asked for a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told they would need to discuss it with the owners but never heard back. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.
