The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though the heater seemed to be out of order, so we opted for the hot tub which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offered a nice touch of privacy. Keep in mind this is an older property, so some areas show signs of age. We did face issues with the refrigerator and freezer not functioning properly; the freezer was only slightly cooler than the fridge, causing our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, which might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main house's downstairs area. Overall, it was an affordable option for the region, especially with multiple families sharing the cost.

Their dedication to accommodating guests, especially those who required last minute arrangements, truly stood out. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable visit. Being able to access the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, especially after long days of exploring. I definitely plan to return!
We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, anticipating a quick lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00 pm, we were informed that there was a delay because the cleaning staff were still on the premises. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired again and received no response. At 7:02 pm, we checked in once more and were told we would get an update shortly. Ultimately, we did not gain access until around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered an ongoing issue with a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until approximately 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen with a plunger throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment or apology from the host for the inconvenience. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and inconvenience, but was told the host would need to consult the owners, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

This property was an excellent choice for gathering my family all in one place. I highly recommend it, but do check in on the pool's condition before your arrival. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue in the backyard because the pool was a bit murky and required some attention. The property manager has since taken care of the issue with the pool service. The responsiveness of the host was fantastic, making our stay even better. A wonderful experience overall!
