Our stay was absolutely fantastic in every way!
We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 12! The house was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the nearby bars and restaurants. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this spot!
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight and were hoping to grab some lunch before our check-in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still there and it would take a little while longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we reached out for clarification, but received no response. Finally, at 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were told they were working on it. We didn’t get access until around 7:45 pm, only to find a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers actively tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until about 9:30 pm, and we were left with a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen for our entire stay. The host didn't offer any apology or attempt to resolve the situation. I even asked about a possible refund for the inconvenience, but was told they needed to consult the owners and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing and I wouldn't recommend renting from them again.
Our stay here for business was fantastic! The property offered ample room and the beds were really cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back allowed everyone to have their own privacy and private bathrooms. The pool area was a great feature; it was surrounded by trees, so we did have to use the nets to keep it clean, but we still enjoyed swimming in it during the nice weather. The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall was a lovely addition at night. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is convenient, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are plenty of dining and entertainment options, along with a quick drive to the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs and inquiries. We would absolutely love to return in the future if it's available.

The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite a flight delay on our end, they patiently waited for us to arrive and gave us a warm welcome along with a thorough tour of the property. We truly appreciate all the effort made to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The property manager was incredibly helpful, always available to address any questions or concerns we had. They were fantastic at accommodating everyone attending DWD, ensuring that last-minute arrangements were handled smoothly. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Additionally, having access to the swimming pool was a wonderful perk, especially after long hours on my feet. I’m looking forward to returning in the future!
