We arrived at the property after our flight, expecting a seamless check-in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the host informed us that cleaning was still in progress, and we ended up waiting until around 7:45 PM to get into the place. We encountered a maintenance issue with a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which meant workers were busy tiling the floor until late in the evening. To make matters worse, they left some plumbing supplies in the kitchen without any form of cleanup. There was no communication from the host to apologize for the delay or to provide any updates. When I inquired about a possible refund for the inconvenience, I was told they'd have to consult with the owners, but I haven't received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I don't think I would book here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and truly loved our experience. The location couldn't have been better for our first trip to West Palm. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and many attractions were within a pleasant walking distance. The neighborhood felt peaceful and secure, making it a fantastic choice. This property is a charming century-old house, and the pool and cabana area in the backyard were highlights of our visit. The two additional casitas were also great for accommodating our large group. The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. If I had to suggest improvements, a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience even further, but overall, this is an excellent spot for large gatherings in West Palm.
Fantastic rental in a prime location! The apartment was quite large and comfortable. While there were a few minor things that could be updated, we were really pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of having a dedicated parking spot, a gym, and an expansive swimming pool to enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening was a major bonus.
Our family had an incredible time at this property, making it the perfect gathering place for everyone. I highly suggest this rental, but do check that the pool is properly maintained before your stay. Unfortunately, our planned barbecue day fell through because the pool was not in the best condition and required some treatment. The management took care of this issue promptly with a pool service. The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
Our stay for my sister's bachelorette celebration was absolutely fantastic! The property was more than suitable for our group of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it very comfortable. Having the two guest houses offered us a nice mix of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was gorgeous and provided us with beautiful backdrops for our photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had during our visit. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

The location is ideal, being just a short 10-minute ride from the airport (and it’s surprisingly quiet), a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it’s only a 15-minute walk from Clemantis, where you can find amazing restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You can easily explore the local area without needing a car. The host was fantastic and made everything hassle-free. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they arranged for someone to come over and fix it promptly, ensuring everything was taken care of right away. This Airbnb offers comfort, space, and all the amenities you could ask for. The neighbors in the building were lovely, and the pool was a fantastic spot to unwind. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to assist us. With various properties listed, they are incredibly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other listings to anyone considering a stay here.
