We were in a real bind when we arrived at our previous Airbnb only to find it wasn't clean. Thankfully, Kevin rescued us late at night around 10 PM with a last-minute check-in at his apartment. The place was perfect and met all our needs.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the high prices of West Palm Beach rentals. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can easily be arranged as two twins or one king. The central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop. The bathroom is also nicely renovated, featuring some lovely extras like a dimmable light for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans in addition to the efficient air conditioning, ensuring comfort during your stay. The closet space is well-organized with plenty of racks and hangers for your belongings. Guests can also make use of the shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking options. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns promptly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for three weeks, and it was an incredible experience! The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute drive away, with some places even within walking distance. The neighborhood was calm and felt very safe, which added to our enjoyment. This charming Airbnb is a century-old house, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana in the back. The two additional 'casitas' were a great bonus for our larger group. Kevin was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and willing to help with anything we needed to ensure a wonderful stay. The property could benefit from a newer washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, but overall, this is an amazing spot for those traveling with friends or family, especially if you're looking for a prime location in West Palm.

Our experience at this property for our work trip was fantastic! The ample room and cozy, spotless beds made our stay incredibly comfortable. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were a great bonus, giving everyone the privacy of their own bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool area; although we had to use the nets to clear some leaves due to the surrounding trees, it was a joy to swim when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall enhanced our evenings beautifully. The neighborhood had a peaceful ambiance, and we felt safe walking to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Its proximity to Clematis St and City Place was a major plus, with lots of dining and nightlife options, not to mention the beach! Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. We would absolutely love to return here when the opportunity arises.
