The location is fantastic, but the building shows its age. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. While the carpets could really benefit from a deep clean and some furniture is showing signs of wear, we still found the space comfortable overall. A great spot to explore the area, even if it has a few imperfections.
We had a wonderful stay here for our work trip. The space was ample, and the beds were both cozy and well-kept. The two cottage rooms out back were ideal for giving everyone their own bathrooms and extra privacy. The pool area was a delightful bonus; although we had to use the nets to clear it out occasionally due to the surrounding trees, we thoroughly enjoyed swimming when the sun was shining. The sound of the waterfall in the pool was incredibly soothing at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took a stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Clematis St and City Place, packed with bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return here if the opportunity arises.
I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm and was in search of a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly welcoming and kept in touch right from my arrival at the airport. Although the building is quite expansive, the host provided a thorough tour to help me get settled in quickly. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
We arrived at the property around 1:00 PM and planned to grab a bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer than expected. After several inquiries, we finally got access to the place at around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, we discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were still on-site finishing the tiling. The noise from the tile cutting went on until about 9:30 PM. Additionally, the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. It was frustrating that there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a discount due to the delays and issues, but was told the host needed to consult with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
