We arrived at the property after our flight around 1:00 PM, expecting to grab a quick bite and then check in at the designated time of 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and that it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM without a word, we checked in again and were told they'd get back to us. Finally, we gained access around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom; workers were replacing tiles and making noise until about 9:30 PM. To our dismay, they left the old toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our entire stay. We weren't offered any sort of apology or compensation. When I asked about a possible refund for the late check-in and other inconveniences, I was told the host would need to consult the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't consider renting here again.

I had a spontaneous work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour, making it easy to settle in. The condo is roomy, perfect for one or two guests, and everything was in great working order and spotless during my stay.
